Sometimes, a mere appearance can turn into a true revelation. That’s how, on a late summer day, on the waterfront of Dives, a Moroccan family from the Parisian suburbs was dropped off by a private bus under a gloomy, rainy sky from the north. This stay had been carefully organized by an association dedicated to family rights, aiming to offer a respite to those in need.

This moment, which might have seemed trivial, transformed into something deeper and more significant. The photographic reportage that resulted from it became much more than just a series of images.
